I am thrilled to share some significant news: I have officially been admitted to the North Rhine-Westphalia Chamber of Architects (AKNW) as a registered Interior Architect.
While it might sound like a formal title, for me and my practice, it represents much more than just a certificate on the wall. It is a commitment to the quality, safety, and intentionality with which I design spaces.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR OUR COLLABORATION:
The title "Interior Architect" is legally protected in Germany. My membership in the Chamber provides you - as a client or partner - with several key advantages:
Verified Expertise: My degree, years of professional experience, and continuous training are now officially validated by the state.
Building Application Authority: For many interior projects, I am now authorized to submit building permits directly, streamlining the process and saving you time and external coordination.
Security & Ethics: As a member, I adhere to a strict professional code of conduct and carry mandatory professional liability insurance. This ensures maximum security for every project we undertake together.
THE FEMALE GAZE - NOW WITH AN OFFICIAL FOUNDATION
My business is rooted in the Female Gaze. I design spaces that don’t just "look good" - they prioritize the needs, bodies, and lived experiences of women and diverse lifestyles.
The Chamber membership gives this vision a sturdier foundation. It allows me to intervene more deeply in the substance of buildings, breaking down barriers - both physical and atmospheric. It’s about creating environments that empower rather than restrict.
WHAT CHANGES FOR YOU?
In short: We can now think even bigger. Whether it’s complex structural renovations, commercial repurposing, or the holistic planning of your home - I can now guide you through the full spectrum of architectural possibilities with my signature blend of empathy and technical precision.
"Spaces are never neutral. They tell stories about who we are and how we want to live. I look forward to co-creating the next chapter of your story as a registered Interior Architect."
